I’m not sure about the size and fit of the frames

At Chilli Beans Arabia, we have provided a size guide, wherein you can measure your exact size of the frame you would require, however, is you are still not comfortable you can fill in our Customer Service page and ask for one of our sales person’s assistance, and we would be more than happy to call and assist you in your purchases.

What if I buy glasses & they don’t fit me? What if the lenses aren’t right ?

Chilli Beans Arabia, Customer Satisfaction and after Sales Service is our core value and we take the complete responsibility to get our customers the perfect pair of glasses. In the rare circumstance that your glasses don’t fit properly, we make it extremely easy for you to exchange or return the frames, with lenses. Will the glasses have my prescription?

You can buy glasses fitted with your prescription or even the frames standalone. We custom-make glasses with single vision, bifocal, or progressive prescriptions across all powers. We offer very competitive prices to our consumers, because service before profit is our aim – and best of all, before confirming the final purchases, you can always ask our expert’s advice and opinion. Our experts are always available for your assistance.

Will Chilli Beans Arabia be able to make my complex power?

Chilli Beans Arabia, we partner all the major prescription workshops who stock all powers – simple and complex. The unique robotic technology used in our partner’ lab ensures that the most complex powers are fitted perfectly, ensuring 100% error-free glasses.

Where do I submit my eye power details?

You can submit your power details after you complete your purchase. We offer multiple options to provide your prescription to us – upload a picture, enter it online, request for our expert to call you or call us at +965-99936046

I don’t have my prescription handy. Is it important to give it right away?

It’s ok if you don’t have your prescription handy while placing the order. Simply place the order for the frame and provide your power using the whattsup number +965-99936046 or email online@f3-co.com and in any case, one expert will communicate with you post order completion. It’s that simple!

I really, really want to try the frames on before making a purchase!

If you wish to book a frame or Sunglasses before actually buying the product, currently we have an option for our Kuwait Customers who can call our Customer Service +965-99936046 and provide the model number and the color code for instance OC.CL.1113 and color code 0101 (OC.CL.1113-0101) to our sales person and we can block the product for you, which you can visit any of our POS and try the product. This is done because we have limited quantities and weekly 8~10 new Collections which we launch, hence, it is very likely once the product is sold out, you might not have another option to buy the same product.

How can I be sure of the quality of the frames?

Quality is one of the main themes of Chilli Beans Arabia’s products. Our plastic frames are made from the best quality acetate and our metal frames are made only from steel, aluminum or titanium – this makes our glasses corrosion and breakage resistant. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all our glasses – in case you have any issues, call us, and we’ll make sure it gets resolved!

What lenses will you use? I use thin, anti-glare lenses.

We understand that a pair of glasses is only as good as the lenses fitted in them. We do not compromise on price, quality of an important aspect that we focus on. At a very reasonable price we give you robotically fitted, anti-glare lenses, with a 1.6 index which is ~35% thinner than market average. In addition we offer UV-400 protection on all our lenses.

How many days will they take to make my eyeglasses?

We promise to deliver your purchases to you as quickly as possible. We dispatch your order within ~3-5 days of order confirmation (and receipt of your prescription, if needed), based on the products ordered. It takes 2-5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location. For special lenses which are not ready available, our experts will call you and explain to you, if you are still interested to carry on, we will do the needful.

I haven’t heard of some of the brands available. How does Chilli Beans Arabia determine which brands to stock?

All the brands of Lenses sold on Chilli Beans Arabia are chosen after carefully looking at their product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer service.

What shipping options you offer at Chilli Beans Arabia ?

Customer Service and After Sales Service is the main core of our business model, hence, every time we receive an Order, our Customer Service calls the customer directly and informs the different types of Delivery Services we have, which could be Express Delivery or Regular Delivery. For Deliveries inside Kuwait, we usually have free delivery service, but for outside Kuwait deliveries, we might have a very minimal charge or for our loyal customers and frequent buyers we usually have offers which you need to check out with our customer service +965-99936046

How do I make an Order ?

Just click on Buy Now and fill in all the information needed for the delivery and the payment terms and conditions. As soon as your confirm, we receive an email with all your information and one of our experts will call you and confirm your order and the payment terms.

Which all countries do you serve deliveries ?

We supply our products to almost all the countries wherever courier service is available. Specially in all the Middle Eastern Countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE (all the states of UAE), Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan. Apart from this, we are not specific to any courier service, if you have a corporate account with any of the Courier Service companies, you can arrange pick up on your own account. We do not have any restrictions to it. However, if you have any special loyalty Points, then we will provide you deliveries services accordingly.

What are your payment terms?

We will add all Payment Terms that include KNet, Visa Cards, Master Cards, GCC Debit Cards and also Paypal option will be available soon. Currently, the Payment gateways is under testing phase, so we are using Cash or KNet at Delivery options only.
