Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service..


By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Complete Name, Contact Number and Whattsup Number (is optional), atleast one email ID and other information relevant for the purchase and delivery concerned


Please do not forget to mention your Delivery Address and the best time to reach you along with your Whattsup Number for contact through messages.


Exchange Policy


We believe in After Sales Services and Customer Satisfaction, hence, you may exchange your products within 14 days of product receipt.


For exchange you may send an email to online@co-f3.com and provide your reference number and product details. Our Team will coordinate with you and arrange to pick up the product, please ensure that the product you wish to exchange should be in good condition and not carry any scratches or misused.


Once, the product reaches our warehouse, our quality control will check and if no mishandling or scratches found, we will inform you immediately and the relevant amount will be credited back to your account (on the website) and you can purchase again using the same amount.


For Customers inside Kuwait, you can even go to any of our Point of Sales and exchange the product physically as well.


Return Policy

Similar to the Exchange Process, our return process also is simple and easy. Any Return may happen only within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of product.


For return, you may send an email to online@co-f3.com and provide your reference number and product details. Our Team will coordinate with you and arrange to pick up the product, please ensure that the product you wish to return should be in good condition and not carry any scratches or misused.


Once, the product reaches our warehouse, our quality control will check and if no mishandling or scratches found, we will inform you immediately and the relevant amount will be credited back to your bank account provided by you or in case of K-NET or Visa / Master, the amount will be credited in your account.


For Customers inside Kuwait, you can even go to any of our Point of Sales and return the product physically as well, however, payment will be directly credited to your bank account in the same way as you made the purchase.


Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 24 hours notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
